Good evening Cougars! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I wanted to remind everyone of 2 new seasons starting up tomorrow morning and a schedule change for softball.
MS Cross Country practice will begin tomorrow from 8-9 am. Please meet in back of the school by the modular buildings.
MS Baseball season also starts tomorrow with tryouts being held from 9-11. The tryouts will take place at the baseball field.
Finally, MS softball practice will be from 9-11 this week as well in an effort to beat the heat.
Just a reminder that any athlete wanting to practice or tryout will need an updated sports physical.

ICMS Baseball tryouts will begin on Monday, August 1 from 9-11 AM. These tryouts will take place at the HS Baseball field and they are open to boys from both Greenview and IC that are entering 6th-8th grade.

ICMS Cross Country practice will begin on Monday, August 1st from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. We will meet on the pavement behind the modulars off the west parking lot. There will be no tryouts, but would still like to invite the opportunity for any student (5th-8th this fall) to join us.
Runners will need to have an updated sports physical prior to practice. If you have any questions or would like to have your child added to the team, please contact Coach Darcy Toland at darstin_99@yahoo.com.
ICMS Softball Tryouts will begin on Monday, July 25 from 5:00-7:00 PM. That will be the time of tryouts the entire first week. Tryouts are open to 6th-8th grade girls at Illini Central or Greenview. These will be held at the softball diamond by the bus shed.

On Thursday night, the 1st Annual Illini Central/Greenview Girls' Basketball Camp came to a close.
We had a great 4 days of camp working with these young ladies! The future is bright for our girls' basketball coop!
Thank to all of the kids who attended & the high school girls who helped!
Today, the Illini Central High School Boys' Track & Field team travels to Tremont for the IHSA Sectional Meet.
The field events are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. & the running events will begin at 5:30 p.m.
