IC schools will dismiss on Wednesday, September 27 at 11:30 am. The IC Pre-K program will hold a half-day event for parents and students running from 8 am to 10:30 am. There is no bussing for Pre-K students tomorrow.

Good Saturday morning, Illini Central Cougar fans! A lot of our great kids are headed in multiple directions this morning to compete for their school. Members of the ICHS Golf Team are heading to Shambolee Golf Course in Petersburg for the PORTA Invite. The Delavan/Illini Central High School Cross Country team will be running at the Springfield High Meet. The ICMS Cross Country team is on their way to compete in the Olympia Invite. The Lady Cougar Volleyball team travels to Springfield Calvary for a tournament. Reminder that there will be a sports and activities informational meeting tomorrow night at 6:30 in the HS Gym. Any athlete planning to participate in a sport or activity should plan to attend along with a parent/guardian. If you are unable to attend, the powerpoint will be posted to the school's website next week. There will also be paperwork available at this meeting that wiil need to be filled out and returned. Additional copies of these forms can be found outside of the MS/HS Office. We are looking forward to a great year! #WeAreIC #BeJimmy

We will be having our sports information meeting on Thursday, August 10 at 6:30 PM in the HS Gym. In the past we have done this for every season, but we didn't have much attendance after the fall meeting. Any student planning to participate in sports this year, and a parent/guardian should plan to attend the meeting on Thursday, August 10. We will share the slideshow on the website after the meeting for those that cannot make it. At the meeting, we will have the paperwork available that will need to be filled out by athletes and a parent. We do realize that there is a MS Baseball and MS Softball game that night. Coaches will be given the paperwork for those that are unable to attend. Each coach will be sharing additional information for their sport, but this meeting will provide general information.
