Three events on the Cougar Sports schedule for tonight. The Cougars start their regular season schedule on the road tonight in North Mac v. the Panthers. Tip of the JV game will be 6 p.m. The varsity game will follow. The ICMS Boys’ Basketball teams head to Riverton for their games v. the Hawks. Tip of the 7th grade game is scheduled for 6 p.m. The ICMS/Greenview Lady Cougars have advanced to the Semi-Finals of the IESA Regional and take on the #1 seeded Havana Lady Ducks in Greenview. Senior Kolbi Johnson was named 1st Team All-Tomahawk & 3rd Team All-Sangamo. Sophomore Bayleigh Thomas was named Honorable Mention in the Tomahawk. This is a reminder that Illini Central schools will dismiss at 11:30 on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021. Staff will be participating in school improvement activities in the afternoon. There will be no Pre-K classes on Wednesday. Pre-K screenings will be conducted from 8 am to 2 pm.
