Hello Cougar fans... We have a number of weather-related items to bring to your attention today. The Lady Cougars basketball game that was scheduled for tonight has been canceled. There is no practice. There will be no volleyball practice today. There will be HS Boys Basketball practice today from 3:00-4:30. The Sangamo/IPC Shootout scheduled for tomorrow is still expected to be played. We have also added a couple of games to the calendar for next week: 6th Grade volleyball will play Monday at 4:00 against WLB in Easton The ICHS Girls Basketball team will take on Mt. Pulaski on Tuesday night at 6:00 in Mason City. This is a makeup game from the one canceled on Thursday. Stay warm out there! #WeAreIC #BeJimmy

Illini Central Schools will be closed Friday, Feb. 4th due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. Decisions regarding extracurricular activities will be made tomorrow in the morning. Please note that these snow days will be made up at the end of the school year.

The ICMS Volleyball teams head to Havana for their matches with the Ducks. 1st serve of the 7th grade match is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Remember this is a change from the original time. The Cougars are in action tonight in The Cougar Den v. Tomahawk Conference rival, the Delavan Panthers. The boys are looking to bring the Traveling Duck back to where it belongs. The JV tip is scheduled for 6 p.m. Multiple classes & clubs will be selling items to raise money. Don't forget that if you bought Nelson's Catering tickets from a Sophomore...that dinner is tonight. Tonight's JH Boys Basketball game has been canceled. Since this was supposed to be 8th grade night, we will still honor those cheerleaders and basketball players. We will now be honoring our 8th grade athletes in Mason City in between the JV and Varsity boys basketball game. That ceremony will begin around 7:00 (approximately), but athletes should arrive by 6:30.
