"We had six people who auditioned for ILMEA that made it to the ILMEA District 4 Festival on November 7th this year - 4 of whom had never auditioned in previous years!
Making the district festival alone is a huge honor, as these students are top musicians for their age ranges across our district that spans from Piasa, Decatur, Quincy, Peoria, and much more in between.
Students who participate in the District 4 festival will have their auditions re-adjudicated from other students who made their District festivals(there are 9 districts) to determine their eligibility for the ILMEA All-State Festival that takes place in Peoria from January 27th-January 30th." - Mr. Damann
