The ICGS 4th & 5th grade library classes became published authors!
Over the course of a few months 4th grade students researched their assigned animal and 5th grade students researched their assigned state.
The students learned or expanded note taking, research, art and writing skills through this project. The library worked with a Student Treasures Publishing to have the students writing and art work published.
A copy for each classroom is held at the library for students to look through if they chose not to purchase a copy.
This was a fun and learning filled program we look forward to repeating in the future!
