Alliance Community Bank of Mason City and Illini Central High School are pleased to present Mallori Thomas with the February Student of the Month Award. Mallori receives an Amazon gift card from Alliance Community Bank and an Amazon gift card from the Illini Central High School faculty for demonstrating outstanding character.
Mallori is the granddaughter of Lori and Marion Combs.
Her classes this year include dual credit medical terminology, dual credit psychology, dual credit English, probability and statistics, advanced chemistry II, American Government and Civics, and advanced Spanish IV. Mallori is involved in several activities at ICHS. These include being the Vice President of the student council, National Honor Society Secretary, Spanish National Honor Society Vice President, Mu Alpha Theta Secretary, member of the Spanish club, volleyball, and cheer.
Mallori plans to attend Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and major in nursing.
