Zach Entwistle, junior, is the son of Scott and Kim Entwistle of Mason City. Zach has participated in both boys basketball and track and field at ICHS.
His favorite sports memory is placing 7th in the state in the shot put event as a 7th grader. Zach’s favorite subject in school is match, and his favorite food is a burrito.
Zach says that sports are important to him because they, “Give me opportunities to meet new people and have new experiences.” When he isn’t playing sports, Zach’s favorite hobby is being outside and being with friends and family.
His favorite movie is A Simple Favor and his favorite quote is, “I’m intimidated by the fear of being average.” -Taylor Swift. After high school, Zach plans on going to college with plans of becoming a doctor.
ICHS appreciates all of the hard work and dedication that Zach has given to both academics and athletics. You can catch Zach and his teammates on the court this winner, or on the track later this Spring.
