
It is that time of year again! Mark your calendars for Kindergarten Night in April. If you have a student who will be 5 on or before September 1st of 2023 you have a Kindergarten eligible student. Find out what you need to do to get them registered, meet their teachers, and learn a little bit more about what to expect for next year.

Illini Central Schools will dismiss on Wednesday, 2/22/23, at 11:30 for a school improvement planning day. There will be no Pre-K tomorrow.

These two from Mrs. Steel's morning class have reached their goals!! They go to Kindergarten next year and have already read 1,000 books! Great job Harlyn and Leo!!

Bus 5 has experienced a mechanical issue. We are redirecting another bus that will pick up these students. Students will arrive home later than normal. Students were not at risk, and all are safe. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Pre-K can't forget our afternoon kiddos who have also been doing amazing! From Mrs. Steel's afternoon class we have Bryant who has read 800 books and Cora who has read 400 books! Great job PM Pre-K!



Pre-K's morning classes have been doing some big things since coming back from Christmas break! Ryker from Mrs. Braden's morning class has read 400 books and Sloan from Mrs. Braden's morning class has read 600 books! Leo from Mrs. Steel's morning class is at 900 books! These kids have been working so hard to reach their 1,000 books before Kindergarten goal!

Illini Central student, Destinee Thomas has made 200 hats by hand and has donated many of them. She donates them to local hospitals.

This is a reminder that Illini Central schools will dismiss at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 20th and Wednesday, Dec. 21st, 2002.

Harlyn from Mrs. Steel's morning class has reach 900 books, Leo from Mrs. Steel's morning class has read 800 books, and Jay from Mrs. Braden's afternoon class has read 100 books! I think all of these readers are going to reach their goal of 1,000 books before Kindergarten early!

We wanted to share some information about the Illini Central shuttle bus that runs after practices in the evening.
Here is that shuttle schedule:
Shuttle bus will leave front of High School at 5:05
Shuttle bus will then go to Easton to drop off at the post office at 5:13 then Pick up at Easton gym at 5:15.
Shuttle bus will drop off back at Mason City at 5:25.
Shuttle will then Drop off in San Jose at 5:40.
