Illini Central High School's Literacy & Leadership class has been working to raise funds to create a Dolly Parton Imagination Library for the Illini Central School District. As part of their fundraising efforts, students in Ms. Hyde's Literacy & Leadership class has been writing grant requests.
The class was just awarded $1000 from Community Foundation of Central Illinois to help fund their efforts to create and improve early literacy opportunities in District 189.
