Leah Boehm, senior, is the daughter of Colleen Baker and Doug Frank of Mason City. Leah is a member of the softball team, which now competes as a co-op with Midwest Central.
Her favorite sports memory is playing in travel tournaments and her favorite subject in school is art. Leah says that sports are important to her because, “They keep you in shape.”
Leah says that her favorite movie is “The Benchwarmers”, and her favorite food is Chinese. When she isn’t playing sports, Leah enjoys hiking.
When asked for her favorite quote, Leah said, “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.”- Dolly Parton. After graduation Leah plans to attend the University of Spa and Cosmetology Arts.
There is still time to see Leah and her teammates in action this Spring on the softball diamond. ICHS thanks Leah for her hard work and dedication both on the field and in the classroom.
