Xavier Stark, 8th grader, is the son of Frank Stark Jr. and Eilene Stark of Mason City. As an ICMS student-athlete, Xavier has been a member of the baseball and basketball teams.
Xavier says that his favorite sports memory is getting his first hit in baseball, and his favorite subject in school is Social Studies. When Xavier is not playing a sport for the Cougars, his favorite hobby is doing stuff with his dad.
His favorite food is medium rare steak, and his favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption. Xavier says that sports are important to him because, “It’s something that has changed me.”
One fun fact about Xavier is that he is good with music. When asked for his favorite quote, Xavier said, “We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us.” -Andrew Ryan
Xavier will be competing on the basketball floor all winter long and we would like to invite the community out to watch him play. ICMS thanks Xavier for all of the time, effort, and energy he has put in up to this point.
