Kolbi Johnson, senior, is the daughter of Doug Johnson and Kristi Bruce. Kolbi lives in Mason City and has participated in both volleyball and cheerleading throughout her high school career.
Her favorite sports memory is being called “Grandma” by the other members of the high school volleyball team. In school, her favorite subject is Science.
Kolbi enjoys any kind of Hallmark movie, but especially enjoys the Christmas movies each Winter. When it comes to food, Kolbi enjoys any type of potato.
Her favorite hobby is painting. Kolbi enjoys playing sports because it has taught her to put others before herself, has taught her leadership skills, and she has enjoyed building a “community” with athletes from other schools.
After high school, Kolbi plans to attend college and Major in Ag Business with a Minor in both communication and marketing.
