Welcome to Mrs. Horvath's Class

Wow! Time is flying. Spring seemed to come very quickly this year, and the weather has been just great. We had some very nice days for our Spring Break. As we head in to the last few weeks of school there will be many special events happening. We will also continue working and learning new things in class. I continue to enjoy my new position and still get to work with many of the students I worked with last semester. Please watch for important dates coming in the next few weeks. Biographical Information
I grew up in Michigan near the Ann Arbor area. I attended Eastern Michigan University. After my husband and I were married we moved to Paw Paw, Michigan where I taught. My twin daughters were born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We moved to Illinois in 1994 and live in Topeka. My daughters graduated from Illini Central, and I have been a teacher in the district since the 1994-1995 school year.
